For the staff of the Independent Inspector’s Office online training was held with the support of USAID / PROLoG. The topic of the training was “delay in court proceedings”.

The training was conducted online and was led by James Moliterno, an expert from Lexington, Virginia, USA.

Participants discussed decisions of the High Council of Justice of Georgia concerning delay of the case. Also, substantiation standards and international practice were reviewed.
