In 2006 he graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law. He was awarded a bachelor’s degree in law.

In 2005 he graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a diploma program in Finance and Banking.

In 2008 he graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law. He was awarded a Master’s degree in International Public Law(MA).

In 2010 he graduated from the Law School of the University of Rotterdam in Erasmus. He was awarded a Master’s Degree (LLM) in International and European Public Law.

IN 2022 he was awarded a doctorate degree in public administration at the Technical University of Georgia.

Participated in the US Department of Justice (OPDAT) and the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) (Budapest, Hungary) in the Electoral Crime Investigation and Prosecution Training Course, the University of Edinburgh Lecturer in the United Kingdom Electoral Systems Association, and the Human Rights Training Exam.

He has completed public administration training programs at the European Diplomatic Academy (Poland), Lund University (Sweden) and the Visegrad School of Political Studies (Poland). As well as a private international law program at the Academy of International Law in The Hague (Kingdom of the Netherlands) and a training course in European systems of human rights at the University of Frankfurt (Germany).
