To improve decision rationale a series of trainings for the Office of the Independent Inspector continues. The trainings are led by expert Eka Lomtatidze with the support of the EU Judicial Support Project.

The March 11, 2021 session dealt with issues of interpretation and synthesis of legal norms. During the training, the expert reviewed both theories of interpretation, as well as practical aspects of the application of legal norms in decisions.
