On April 13, 2020, a working meeting was held for the Independent Inspector’s Office, organized by USAID / PROLoG. Topic of the meeting was about the dangers of judicial independence (impartiality of judges).

Due to the threats of Covid-19, the meeting was held online and was held by James Moliterno, an expert from Lexington, Virginia, USA.

The participants of the meeting talked about the impartiality of the judges and the threats related to them. Relevant international acts were reviewed and several hypothetical cases were discussed.
