On February 26, 2020, as a result of the collaboration between the Independent Inspector Office and the School of Justice “Temida”, a public lecture was held in Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. The topic of the lecture was the role of the independent inspector in the process of disciplinary charges against judges.
The staff of the Independent Inspector’s Office introduced to the audience the rules and principles of the Independent Inspector’s work. They also talked about recent amendments which were made in the disciplinary proceedings within the framework of the “fourth wave reform”.
Students, professors and practising lawyers attended the public lecture.
