Training was provided for the staff of the Independent Inspector Office to substantiate decisions and legal writing.

During the training participants discussed legal justification and legal writing standards, how to evaluate their quality, what is a “good” standard of reasoning and writing, what sources of information are available on the reasoning standards, etc.?

The training, organized by a joint project of the EU and the Council of Europe, was conducted online and was led by international expert Oleksandr Ovchinnikov.
