With the support of the EU project, a practical guide and comparative legal research were prepared on the definition of the grounds for disciplinary liability of judges according to the practice of Italy and France.

The publication has been prepared for the Office of Independent Inspector and for other disciplinary bodies in order to develop the individual disciplinary misconduct or to refine the practice.
