The report of the Independent Inspector’s Office for 2020 activities consists of 7 main chapters.

It includes information on general statistical analysis of the activities of the Independent Inspector’s Office and statistical information in accordance with the results of the preliminary investigation.

It is noteworthy that during the reporting period, the Office of the Independent Inspector prepared more than 500 documents (both conclusions and decisions), the generalization of which is reflected in the 2020 report.

The document also includes information on the measures taken by the Independent Inspector’s Office and the progress report on the implementation of the strategic development goals.

In addition, the document includes the main recommendations that emerged from the generalization of the practice of the office.
