On February 15-16 of the current year, the High Council of Justice of Georgia in Tbilisi within the framework of ~Support to the Judicial Reform in Georgia” Project, Spanish expert Juan Carlos da Silva held a working group meeting with the Independent Inspector and her office. The main goal of the meeting was discussing challenges of the Independent Inspector and Inspector’s office.
The expert of Council of Europe evaluated the training needs of Inspector’s office. The participants of the meeting highlighted the effective institute’s establishment need. They have discussed legal regulations and existing flaws related to disciplinary procedures.
