Today, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Office of Independent Inspector and the Mediators Association of Georgian.

The purpose of the Memorandum is to promote Mediation as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism and to raise the awareness of the Office of the Independent Inspector.

At the meeting, the parties agreed on cooperation in terms of professional ethical standards and disciplinary proceedings, including the exchange of information and sharing of practical experience.

Within the framework of the Memorandum, concrete steps and future joint measures were planned between the Mediators Association of Georgia and the Independent Inspector’s Office.
