On July 23, 2018, a  working group of judicial reform held a meeting at Radisson Hotel.

Within the framework of the “Fourth Wave” reform, several meetings were devoted to the disciplinary proceedings against judges of common courts, in which the Independent Inspector Ketevan Tsintsadze is actively involved.

On the meeting held on July 23rd, the members of the working group discussed the issues of disciplinary liability against judges. The group has developed the draft law which is based on so called Bangalore principles of the Judicial Conduct, international standards and experts’ recommendations.
