Within the framework of Council Of Europe Project “Support to the Judicial Reform in Georgia”, on April 28-29, 2018, The Council of Europe has organized a 2-days long  training in Kakheti, for the Independent Inspector and her office.

The training related to legal drafting topics. Within the training expert Ekaterine Lomtadze outlined preconditions of substantiated disciplinary decisions against the judges; legal drafting mechanisms; rules and principles of legal definitions. The participants of the training overviewed cases related to European Convention on Human Rights article 6 and to the Constitution of Georgia art. 42 and art.29.
